AcroMoves Intensive Training in Granada

The last 4 days we shared the second intensive AcroYoga training for intermediate / advanced practitioners in Granada at the “Campito Alegría”!!

It has been spectacular, as we have been practicing in the morning in front of the fireplace and the rest of the day on the porch overlooking the mountains or on top of the mountains with the valley of Granada in the background!!

We love to train, but we even love more to train in different scenarios and if they are closely related to nature and adventure, better.

We also had the good fortune to take advantage of the Autumn harvest to enjoy the best meals made with much love from Sharon’s mother, all vegetarian, of local products avoiding as much as possible any plastic or unusable waste because take big importance to help stop climate change and teach ourselves and others to respect what Mother Earth offers us.

We have been sharing Yoga, Inversions, Thai Massage, AcroYoga and Standing Acro to deepen the practice of Pops and Icarian, Washing Machines, Hand to hand and Creative Balances.
