We are happy to welcome you in our home
We will have several AcroYoga sessions adapted to your level (according to the group, we will divide into two levels), in which we can explore simple or difficult postures or transitions, curious washing machines, hand to hand, standing acrobatics, pops/icarians or any request you! The idea is to share what we like most, play and have fun in a safe environment learning the right technique.
We will start the day with a Yoga session or Natural Movement to connect with all the senses through breathing, movement and meditation. Sharon Peregrina loves to combine Hatha Yoga with Dance Moves and Exploring Movement. Oliver Chamorro loves to combine Natural Movement with Nature exploring as jumping on walls, climbing a tree or imitating wild animals.
Some days we will end up completely relaxing our body, mind and soul through the dance of thai massage. Oliver Chamorro is a great teacher, who has spent many years learning and sharing this world of healing through massage and he will combine other techniques such as craneo sacral, physiotherapy and osteopathy techniques, chinese medicine and reiki along with thai massage to enter into a deep state of relaxation and well-being.
We have the privilege of living next to the Cahorros Gorge, where we will make a circular route following the river and the limestone rock walls so appreciated by climbers. It is a very entertaining path, because we will pass through beautiful suspension bridges, waterfalls, caves, tunnels and ponds through which we will have to climb or even drag to enter a unique and special world. In addition we will learn about some medicinal and native plants of the surroundings.
Los Cahorros is a limestone rock climbing area that has more than 300 routes with an average height of 25m and a maximum of 90m, where you can practice sport or classic climbing, one length or several lengths. It is a very peculiar climbing with rock formations that make you feel as if you were in high mountains, a technical climbing on a plate or crash wall and you can find from easier to harder grades (from IV to 8c). It is one of the most famous areas of Granada, for its excellent rock quality and the beauty of its surroundings and you can discover it with us climbing the most beautiful roads.
We will have the pleasure of having the cook and coach of healthy nutrition, Jeannette de Buck, who will prepare us delicious meals with natural, ecological, local and seasonal products teaching us how to nurture ourselves in our daily life.
