We are coming together in the magical mountains of Alpujarra in a very special place to *RETREAT* into nature and connect to our essence using the tools of Yoga, Meditation and Thai Massage being fully immersed in nature. We come together to spend nights by the fireplace, eat delicious meals prepared by our cooks with local, organic and seasonal products and to share unforgettable moments singing, dancing, practicing and connecting.
4 days of healthy delicious food, hikes in nature, cold therapy, playful movement and games, singing and dancing and some acroyoga.
4 days of Morning Yoga, Meditation and Thai Massage & Osteothai.

The Cortijo is located 1,250 meters high in the mountains bordering the National Park of Sierra Nevada. Nested between the small villages of Almegíjar and Cástaras, 100 km from Granada. The closest town is Orgiva.
The farm is surrounded by a wide variety of flora and fauna.
The local area is a fantastic hiking area with spectacular mountain views and isolated “white villages”.

HOW TO GET THERE
— If you come by car or van the venue is 40 min from Orgiva (and Orgiva 40 min from Granada)
— The closest airport Granada is about 1.5 hours away from our venue. Malaga is 2.5 hours away.
— If you fly from Spain you can see the option to fly to Granada. From there there is a bus to Granada´s bus station and from there to Orgiva (check www.alsa.es
— If you fly from abroad, generally the best option is Malaga. From Malaga Airport

2. by bus to Granada and then Granada Orgiva (check www.alsa.es
3. by www.blablacar.es
— Taxi to Orgiva from Granada can cost around 70€ and from Malaga around 120€
Once you will be in Orgiva we can organize a pick up 2 hours before the RE-TREAT starts.

MEET THE TEACHERS
ANAŸS LA RIVA aka Sÿana Yoga
Dancer & Yoga teacher:
Caribbean dance & Flamenco has been part of her life since she was born. Always into exploring the different ways of performing, She got to know vinyasa yoga for the first time in 2009 and since then she couldn’t stop diving into the magic effects that this practice offered to her. It didn’t take long for her to know that she wanted to study more the yoga philosophy and got totally into it, changing her way of living for the better and getting to deeper herself.
She has been studying and teaching all around the world.
Anaÿs got the opportunity to study and practice with some of the teachers she considers are the most inspiring: Rohil Jethmalani, Olga Oskorbina, Jules Febre, Myrjam Wagner, Simon Park and others.
Nowadays Anaÿs teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra yoga, always adding into her classes the organic movements and touch of her dance experience.
Oliver creates an environment of friendship, trust, solidarity and tolerance in everything he offers: Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Adventure activities, Treatments, Kids Yoga…
His passionate teaching style cultivates joy and cleans up the mind. He is dedicated to offering “heartful” and playful workshops, training and non-profit outreach connecting communities around the world. He has offered programming in the jails of Thailand, Orphanages, Hospitals, people with special needs in many countries and refugees from Syria, Iraq, Palestine and Burma.
In any environment, all kinds of professionals (Yoga and AcroYoga Teachers, Bodyworkers, Refugee Social Workers and Volunteers, Acrobats, Team Building Coaches… everyone) benefit from the tools that he offers.
Oliver studied and practiced Social Work wherever he is, sharing the gem of what is needed in the different realities he finds. He studied Physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage and he found that through Yoga and AcroYoga he can bring all his passions in one, even singing and playing the guitar.
AcroYoga for him is the practice of doing the impossible, accessible and the dreams, realities. He has an analytic eye to support the group in a safe and dynamic way. Allowing magic to happen.
