We will spend 3 DAYS sharing our passions:

💆‍♂️Thai Yoga Massage and Osteothai💆‍♂️ Two discoveries from simple touch and presence, can create a symphony of caring, motion, relaxation and serenity.

A mix of motion and stillness, natural patterns, breathing awareness and meditation presence.

🌀Games and Dynamics🌀
Fun ways to loosen up, connect with others, flow, warm-up, liberate emotions, make us connect with the present moment.

🤸AcroYoga🤸
A playful way to connect with others that are helping to lift you up to make you fly. We will enjoy from fun-dynamic postures and transitions to others more caring-massaging ones.

Oliver Chamorro
www.acromoves.com
studied Physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage, Osteopathy.

He creates an environment of friendship, trust, solidarity, and tolerance in everything he offers: Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Adventure activities, Treatments and Kids Yoga.

His passionate teaching style cultivates joy and cleans up the mind. He offers playful workshops, trainings and non-profit outreach connecting communities around the world. He has worked in jails of Thailand, Orphanages, Hospitals, people with special needs in many countries and refugees.

AcroYoga for him is the practice of doing the impossible, accessible to the dreams through realities. He has an analytic eye to support the group in a safe and dynamic way, allowing magic to happen.

EARLY BIRD by 25th of FEBRUARY → 180€
AFTER 26th of FEBRUARY → 220€

Praticheremo il movimento e la staticità utilizzando degli schemi naturali, la consapevolezza del respiro e la presenza meditativa.

Attività divertenti per rilassarci, connetterci con gli altri, fluire, riscaldarci, liberare le emozioni e farci connettere con il momento presente.

Entrando in contatto con gli altri in maniera giocosa e divertente, creiamo le basi per farci sollevare e volare. Passeremo da posture e transizioni divertenti e dinamiche ad altre più statiche e massaggiate.

Oliver Chamorro (www.acromoves.com) ha studiato Fisioterapia, Medicina Cinese, Massaggio Thailandese, Osteopatia.
Riesce a creare un ambiente di amicizia, fiducia, solidarietà e tolleranza in tutto ciò che offre: acrobazie, massaggio thailandese, attività di avventura, trattamenti e yoga per bambini.
Il suo stile di insegnamento appassionato coltiva la gioia e apre la mente. Offre ritiri, laboratori, corsi di formazione e attività di sensibilizzazione che collegano le comunità di tutto il mondo. Ha offerto programmi nelle carceri della Thailandia, Orfanotrofi, Ospedali, persone con bisogni speciali in molti paesi e rifugiati politici.

L’AcroYoga per lui è una pratica per realizzare l’impossibile e accedere ai sogni. Ha un occhio analitico per supportare il gruppo in modo sicuro e dinamico e durante le sue lezioni accade la magia.
